Warranty policy

At Kensun, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our LED displays. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers our products and provides peace of mind for your investment.

Warranty Coverage:

Standard Warranty Period: All Kensun LED displays come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no extra charge, any part of the product that proves defective due to improper materials or workmanship.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
Damage from external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, vandalism, power surges, or exposure to harsh environments beyond the product’s specifications.
Wear and tear due to normal usage, including minor degradation of brightness over time, unless deemed abnormal.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by any party not authorized by Kensun.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at info@ledkensun.com or +86 0755 3285 9168 to request a Warranty Service Authorization (WSA) number.
You will need to provide your proof of purchase, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
Once approved, we will coordinate the repair or replacement process. You may be required to ship the defective product back to us for inspection.

Repair or Replacement:

If the defect is covered under warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit.
For international customers, we will work with local partners to provide repair services whenever possible. If repairs cannot be performed locally, we will cover the cost of shipping the defective unit back to our facility.

Extended Warranty Options:

Kensun also offers extended warranty plans for additional coverage beyond the standard 1-year period. Please contact our sales team for more information on extended warranty pricing and coverage.

Exclusions and Limitations:

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Kensun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the product.
The warranty is void if the product has been altered, improperly installed, or subjected to unauthorized repairs.

Warranty Service Locations:

We offer warranty service through our factory in Shenzhen and our service centers in Adelaide and Rotterdam. For international clients, we provide remote support and coordinate repairs through our global service network.
